wnpk Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and wnpk ("wnpk", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at wnpk.org. By accessing or using the wnpk website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager or bet, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information wnpk may request. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wnpk login credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. wnpk will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have disclosed your credentials, failed to maintain adequate account security, or where the breach results from your own negligence.

wnpk may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. KYC documents typically include a valid Pakistani CNIC and a selfie. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.

wnpk accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20. All deposits are credited to your account in PKR. wnpk does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

All funds deposited into your wnpk account must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. wnpk does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources may be held, returned, or forfeited pending investigation. Deposits made from payment instruments linked to fraudulent activity will be forfeited and the account closed.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• You must have completed any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds before withdrawing.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed for withdrawals above platform-specified thresholds.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible.

• All bets are settled based on official results published by the governing body of the relevant sport. In cricket, this means results as confirmed by the Pakistan Cricket Board, the ICC, or the relevant board for international matches.
• In the event of an abandoned or void match, bets will be settled in accordance with wnpk's specific void and abandonment rules, which are displayed within the sports betting section.
• wnpk reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was displayed with an erroneous price due to a technical or human error.
• Maximum bet limits apply and are displayed within the relevant betting interface. wnpk reserves the right to reduce individual bet limits for specific players where risk management protocols require it.

All casino and instant game outcomes on wnpk are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. wnpk does not manipulate game outcomes. Live dealer game results are determined by physical dealing, spinning, or drawing in certified live studios.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on wnpk and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or using a false identity, false age, or another person's identity to register or operate an account.
• Using automated software, bots, macros, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with wnpk's platform, games, or betting markets.

• Using wnpk's platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise extract proprietary data, game logic, or software from the wnpk platform.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after using deposited funds for gaming activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language towards wnpk staff or other players.

All content on the wnpk platform — including but not limited to the wnpk brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces (to the extent owned by wnpk), and all other original content — is the intellectual property of wnpk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wnpk platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any wnpk content.

Game content, including game software, visuals, audio, and mechanics, is the intellectual property of the respective game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, and others) and is licensed to wnpk for display on the platform. wnpk's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim related to these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

wnpk reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, wnpk will provide notice to registered players via email, platform notification, or by posting a prominent notice on the wnpk website. The effective date of the most recent version of these Terms will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the wnpk platform after notice of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using wnpk and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3. wnpk will honour any pending obligations — including legitimate withdrawal requests and active bonus cycles — in accordance with the Terms that were in effect when those obligations arose.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international online gaming licensing framework under which wnpk operates. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law in your jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and wnpk:
